An arena to explore the urban transition

The Renewables District presents itself as a technological and cultural hub, where companies, institutions, startups, utilities, research centers, and professionals come together.
Three days of debates, insights, and discussions on contemporary energy challenges, approached with an operational and strategic perspective, always linked to ongoing urban transformations.

The main stage, also streamed live, will host thematic panels, interviews, and moments of networking, under the scientific direction of Rinnovabili media company.

Three days, three strategic focuses

The Renewables District program is divided into three thematic areas, each dedicated to a key dimension of the energy transition.

November 19 – Renewable energy and emerging models
A day dedicated to distributed generation, the growing role of prosumers and multi-utilities, energy efficiency in urban contexts, and data center sustainability. In the spotlight: heat pumps, energy consumption digitalization, and decarbonization of urban thermal services.

November 20 – Energy Communities and the EPBD Directive
Focus on Energy Communities (CER), collective self-consumption, building smart readiness, new market mechanisms, and tools for local governance. The role of the Energy Management Expert (EGE) will be explored as a key figure for implementing the EPBD IV Directive and guiding the transition at the territorial level.

November 21 – Emerging technologies and smart cities
Spotlight on cutting-edge solutions for urban resilience: e-mobility infrastructures, energy storage systems, smart grids, urban hydrogen, and artificial intelligence applied to energy management.

An immersive and relational innovation district

Next to the stage, the Renewables District will host an immersive exhibition space where partner companies will showcase their cutting-edge technologies and meet selected stakeholders. A true innovation district designed to offer visibility, networking opportunities, and targeted meetings, also thanks to structured B2B matchmaking sessions.

The District represents a curated and authoritative ecosystem, designed to foster connections between innovators, solution providers, public administrators, and industrial players. A unique opportunity for organizations aiming to position themselves at the center of the urban energy transition and actively contribute to change.

An invitation to those who want to lead the change

The Renewables District confirms itself as a space where ideas, technologies, and people come together to build the sustainable city of tomorrow.
