Abstract
The Energy Performance Building Directive 4 was definitively approved in May 2024 and requires all Member States to outline their implementation strategies within 12 months of its approval. The Italian Government will therefore also be required to do so by May 2026. The workshop, leveraging the specializations of the various fairs that are part of MIBA, aims to clearly highlight the indications that the supply chain intends to provide to policymakers, in an ideal mix of building envelope interventions, new plant engineering, building intelligence, and integration with the local energy grid.
