Thermal Account 3.0 and the Energy Transition:
the role of professionals and innovation in smart construction

The round table, promoted by the National Council of Industrial Experts and Graduate Industrial Experts (CNPI) and the Opificium Foundation, aims to explore the role of technical professionals, businesses and institutions in the effective implementation of sustainability policies and the enhancement of incentive tools.
The ecological and energy transition represents one of the most significant challenges for the building and plant engineering sectors. In this context, Thermal Account 3.0 – which will come into force in December – offers new opportunities for the redevelopment of existing buildings, energy efficiency and renewable energy integration. Through dialogue between representatives of the professional and institutional world, the meeting aims to outline operational strategies to support citizens, administrators and industry operators towards increasingly smart, efficient and sustainable construction.
