The Real Estate World Facing the Energy Transition

The goal of the workshop is to highlight the role of the Real Estate sector in the decarbonization process of the building stock, both in terms of new construction choices and in the strategically crucial field of conversion of existing buildings.
Indeed, the role of major investors – both private and institutional – will be fundamental to achieving the transition outlined by the European Commission with the launch of EPBD4.

It will also be interesting to observe how the focus on green issues by real estate investment funds is shaping the market, and what impact this may have on property value trends.
Finally, the workshop aims to identify what skill demands are emerging from the Real Estate sector, and whether these competencies are currently available on the market or if new training programs urgently need to be developed to create them.
