issues to be addressed is the training of human capital: Europe and Italy, in particular, suffer from the so-called <em>mismatch<\/em> between the demand and supply of qualified labor.<br \/>\nThis issue appears particularly serious in the field of the <strong>twin transition<\/strong> of the building stock, where the shortage of technical personnel risks undermining the achievement of the EPBD4 objectives.<br \/>\nTo help tackle this problem, the European Union, within the <strong>LIFE-CET<\/strong> program, has funded the <strong>LIFE SKEMA*<\/strong> project for the upskilling of technical personnel, led by ENAIP.<br \/>\nThe project, presented to the public for the first time in Milan, will be at the center of the work of the Smart Installer Forum, the event of the network of qualified installers that has been active in Italy for one year.\n<\/p>\n<p><i>*The partners of the Life SKEMA project are: ENAIP, CTA \u2013 Consorzio Tecnologie Avanzate, CRESME, Politecnico di Bari, EPC
